This nice and neat three bedroom single storey villa is positioned near the entrance to Cumbrian Lakes.The rear of the property faces in a westerly direction, so you of excellent exposure to the sun for the majority of the day. The house is nice and compact and is a lovely size for two small families as it will sleep up to eight people.An open planned effect gives you view from the lounge into the dining room and kitchen area.The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units and you have everything that you require for a self catering holiday, including washing and drying facilities. The lounge looks out via two sliding doors and onto the swimming pool and decking area, where most of your days will possibly be spent.The lounge is a nice size with a three seater sofa bed and a love seat and it has a TV & DVD for your entertainment. The master bedroom is accessed off the lounge area and it has its own en-suite bathroom and TV. The other two bedrooms also have a bathroom that is shared between the two of them. They both have TV's for entertainment and whilst one room has a full sized bed, the other has a pair of twins.
