Announcing Sept. 15, 2010: the 1.0 release of the Clearle 'Monthly Rental' Clearle Visible (SM) Website pack.
The monthly rentals network of websites began in 2009 with beta release of MonthRentals.com, a website showcasing national listings of rentals marketed by owners & property managers of those properties, for monthly, month-to-month and multi-month (6-months or less) periods of time.
MonthRentals.com quickly became known as a one-stop-shop for owners, landlords & property managers to advertise rentals to the world - getting their vacant properties CLEARLE VISIBLE & occupied!
With 2009 and 2010's rental market quickly changing and morphing, rental rates plunged along with occupancies, creating a new wave of tenant requests and demands - renters began wanting and for the first time receiving less than annual stays, as well as more ecomonimical rental rates for these non-standard periods of leasing terms.
The new trend of owners marketing their own properties as well as property managers needing to maintain rental occupancy standards opened up many new & beneficial renting practices, not necessarily new, but now more commonplace - monthly, month-to-month and seasonal rentals.
