60" Plasma HD TV. Dish satellite service. Large master bedroom. Large kid room. Guest room nice size. Pets ok with cleaning fee, $300 for duration of stay (non refundable). Large garage. This house is extremely comfortable. 2 car garage. Due to extreme boat storage cost, I will leave my boat in the garage. There is still room for a small to midsize car in the garage. My van will remain on the side of the house near the back. If you (renter) would like to use the whole garage and want my van and boat out then storage cost would be added to rent. Approx. $400 per month extra. Making it $2400 per month.
There is a fenced back yard for the pets.
There is a laundry room with new front load washer & dryer.

Utilities I will pay all utilities up to $400 a month. Average is $375.

Pets OK non refundable extra (1) time fee of $300 for duration of stay.
